Badger CrossFit is a full-service strength and conditioning gym, which caters to individuals who desire true fitness. We seek proficiency in each of the 10 principles of fitness by using bio-mechanically correct movement patterns to deliver increased work capacity over time. We achieve this through weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, powerlifting, kettlebell training, plyometrics, rowing, medicine ball training and more.

BCF also places special emphasis on gym community by both educating and entertaining members. We offer principle-specific workshops, nutrition seminars and volunteer opportunities to create the support and camaraderie of a family and takes the methodology of CrossFit outside the fitness realm.
