Crossfit is the best program out there for anyone. You will be in the best shape of your life, and Crossfit is good for grandmothers to SWAT team members.

I would recommend CrossFit Milwaukee because you are not only getting a gym, but a personal trainer as well. Ryan is very knowledgeable in training! Not only is his gym continually making me more physically fit, but it helped me to pass a very important test, the CPAT! I highly recommend Ryan and his gym, CrossFit Milwaukee.

It's a great workout....doesn't take a lot of time and you see real results. Trainers are excellent and knowledgeable...afterwards you feel like you've really accomplished something

There is no comparision. Once you try crossfit, you will lament the time you have wasted trying to become fit at Milwaukee's other gyms. Crossfit is constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity. This stuff works. You are never bored. You are constantly challenged. You will be amazed with the results.

CrossFit has an approach to overall fitness that can benefit anyone at nearly any level. The classes are brief and workouts are very intense and there is an atmosphere of teamwork and friendly competitiveness. Going to CrossFit classes, you never have to worry about remembering what you need to work on that day or getting bored doing the same thing because its always different.

Best atmosphere in a gym I have ever seen. Programming is easily the most intense out there, and the knowledge you'll gain is priceless.

After college football and the Marine Corps you would think I would have seen about everything you can do to workout. However, Crossfit continually pushes me to try new things and workout my body in a way that I never have before.
