We work with people of all ages and abilities. We specialize in Pre & Post Natal Pilates, Pilates for Injury and Therapeutic Exercise.

This summer I injured my knee (torn ACL, ripped meniscus & fractured tibia). My work with Debbie far exceeded any work I did with my physical therapist - allowing me to avoid surgery. It's a beautiful setting with friendly/supportive staff. They're a class act!
