I love this store. I started knitting a very short time ago and the staff always has time for me no matter what the problem. It is because of the staff of Ruhamas that I truly love to knit, they keep me feeling positive. Thanks Dawn, Dawn, Emily, Pat, Helen, Martha, Debbie, Sally and anybody else that I have forgotten.

Ruhama's has a wonderful selection of yarn but the staff is condescending. I witnessed them "talk down" to two other customers while I was there so it wasn't only me. I prefer the more personal and genuinely friendly approach I've experienced in most of the other Milwaukee area yarn stores.

Excellent selection of yarn, friendly and knowledgeable staff, always willing to help you with questions, and Wednesday afternoon open knitting is a great time to both visit and learn.

I am a brand new knitter, started in March of this year. My first project was a baby blanket for my newest grandson who was born in June. With many visits to Ruhama's I managed to finish the blanket a week ahead of baby Noah's arrival. Ruhama's has very knowledgeable staff working there. Everybody has been exceptionally patient with me. Ruhama's is the best.......

I love Ruhama's! They have a huge selection of gorgeous yarn which perfectly blends trendy with traditional. The friendly, knowledgeable staff helps you if you need help or lets you roam leisurely drooling over the yummy array of yarns, many of which you cannot find anywhere else. They feature many unique samples to get your creative juices flowing, and if you can wait for them, their end of the season sales can't be beat! Great store!

The staff at Ruhama's are fanatastic. The shop is organized with great yarns and lots of ideas. I travel from Germantown to Ruhama's on a regular basis.

To a knitter, Ruhama's is the ultimate fix. The staff is very helpful, but never pushy. Just wish they had late hours one night a week.

I'm not telling my name because I will probably still shop at Ruhama's. They have a truly great yarn selection and it's heaven to visit the yarn. I don't understand the helpful, warm, fuzzy comments about the staff however! There have been exceptions but mostly these people are too important to help me, even to take my money. Because of all the positive comments, I think there must be some kind of classism going on there. They have certainly been rude to me and most of the folks I know. Prices are not good either, few markdowns as well. But nice yarn!
