Tip Top always has the coolest t-shirts and over shirts of any vintage place. A lot of my friends wonder where I get them from, so I tell them and they end up getting the same shirt as me.

Tip Top is a small shop well stocked with quality vintage and new clothing. It's not altogether too tough to find a shop with decent vintage clothing, but I spend money there particularly because the owners (who are the only employees) are super-nice folks who make you feel like you are an important customer (unlike every other vintage-y clothing place I've ever shopped at). Tip Top service keeps me coming back!
