Crossfit Milwaukee is amazing and revolutionary. If you work hard, you will see and feel results. There is no fluff, no posing, no mirrors and no pausing to check your hair. People whose lives depend on their fitness (police, firefighers, first responders and armed service members) trust Crossfit to have them ready for gameday. If you are not crossfitting, you are not maximizing your fitness potential. Once you give Crossfit Milwaukee a try, you will lament the time and money you wasted trying to be "fit" at Milwaukee's globo gyms.
