I’ve been going to VICI Capilli off and on for the past eleven years, had a verity of stylist cut my hair and I’ve never had a bad experience there. I absolutely adore my current stylist, Joe. I feel really comfortable with him and I can go in there with an idea and he’s always honest with me on how it will look. I feel like I could walk in and tell him to do what ever he feels will look right and I’ll love the cut. Some may say the prices are a little high, but I’ve had plenty of really bad haircuts at other “cheaper” places and I’ve learned you get what you pay for. I’ll continue going to Joe for as long as he’s with VICI.
ViCi is the best salon I have found in Milwaukee. The staff is top notch and professional. Their haricuts take 10 years off my looks. Penny is by far the best operator in the Midwest!!

Everyone there is so nice! Everytime I get a haircut there they are friendly, prompt, and give me the best "do". I would be shocked if they don't win #1.

Nicest people ever. The front desk staff, the stylists, the management are the most caring people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I have been a client for 15 years. Every now and then I try a different salon, but I always come back to VICI. No other salon compares.
Quick stylist turnover disappointing but in general the stylists make up for it in providing great service. Unorganization and poor management might be to blame.
